ABOUT RESERVA IBITIPOCA'S LODGE SPA - in their own words:
The SPA provides comfort, wellness, health and relaxation in a warm aromatic and meditative atmosphere. Our therapists use 100% vegetable oils combined with essential oils to enhance our guests’ experience during their massage. Guests are also invited to take part in a Yoga class every morning.
This is a relaxing space and it was set up in a barn beside the Lodge. There are four areas which are fully equipped with the necessary infrastructure and ambience for our guests to relax in comfort. We offer a number of wellness rituals to release tensions, moisturize the skin and renew energies. One popular massage is what we call Interactive Relaxation, which combines several techniques such as shiatsu, ayurveda, reflexology, and lymphatic drainage. We offer hot footbath therapy, four hand, scalp and hot stone massages, and also wine therapy facials. Our massage oils, creams and lotions are made with natural ingredients, produced exclusively for Ibitipoca Reserve. Our highly trained therapists offer daily yoga, power yoga and stretching classes in the morning and late afternoon.
Our spa provides an opportunity to try different massage techniques for stress relief, fatigue, aches and pains. Amongst the options are integrative, Abhyanga, Relaxation Therapy, Shiatsu, Tuina, lymphatic drainage, Hot Stone, Bambuterapia, Pinda Chinese, Lomi lomi-and Sling Desk.
Reserva do Ibitipoca tries to create opportunities for guests to pursue a state of mental and physical well-being amongst our nature.
SAUNA & HYDRO-MASSAGE
At the deck behind the Lodge we have a sauna, a small hydro-massage pool, a room for relaxing and an outside illuminated waterfall. Our sauna is wood-heated and semi-humid with a view of Hawk Stone. For those who enjoy the night sky, the external heated hydro-massage bath, heated and made with stones, is a great option.
