HOTEL

In the meadows closest to Lake Ranco, you will find our Hotel & Spa. The architecture highlights the region’s native wood and complements the natural environment, assimilating the classic barns and stables of the south of Chile. The decoration uses ethnic fabrics and colorful textiles, which are inspired by national artists and objects from the Mapuche culture. The local traditions and natural heritage are present in every nook and cranny.

 

The accommodations includes two charming and comfortable buildings: the Explorer’s House with 16 spacious rooms and the Caulle House with 10 spacious rooms. The constructions are only 120 meters apart and share the same dining room in the restaurant at the Explorer’s House.

OUR RESTAURANT offers a culinary experience featuring the best ingredients of Northern Patagonia. You will sample native fruit and mushrooms, seafood from the coast of Valdivia and hydroponic vegetables from our greenhouse We pride ourselves on the authentic flavors of our region, buying from local artisans and producing most of the food and drink we use, from homemade ice cream to craft liquors that you won’t find anywhere else, making our cuisine an adventure in itself.
