ABOUT LA FERME DE GEORGES - ACCOMMODATIONS
Built on a hilly 2 acres, our white-walled lodges were created from local wood, brick, and straw, designed to harness cool breezes for natural ventilation (no air conditioner).. The lodges are separated by swathes of greenery, dissolving the boundaries between inside and out.

Dune Chalets have their own access to the beach road without having to cross the farmland. Situated on the top of a dune, the chalets have gardens that change with the season, from exciting green grass to peaceful beige sand. Well-oriented, the chalets provide maximum natural ventilation and promise complete immersion in the surrounding nature. Room features include a bedroom with a king-size bed, a lounge with 2 single sofa beds, mosquito nets, two ventilators, fitted wardrobe, full-length mirror, solar heated shower, double sinks, safe box and minibar. On top of this, the lounge area can be fully opened to an external terrace and private gardens if you feel like reading or relaxing in the shade of the trees. Don't forget the hammocks that definitely add a Brazilian touch. Built mostly from local wood and handmade bricks covered by white cement, the dune chalets offer luminous ambiance by day and an intimate atmosphere by night thanks to the handmade lamps that light up the chalets. Natural-toned textiles such as the bedsheets and curtains make the room comfy and welcoming. Their tones have been carefully chosen in order to match the colors of the wood and to make sure all the elements put together offer you a great visual experience. The chalet sizes range between 27 and 32sqm, excluding the private terrace and garden space. Three chalets can be grouped to create a private setting. The rooms do not have air conditioning |

The Park Chalet is the latest addition to the hotel. Located on the restaurant's side but far enough to have your own tranquility, all you need to do is to take a path through the vegetation to savor the generous and tasty food chef Mark creates. Situated on the top of a small hill, the room is well-oriented: Good natural ventilation and sun orientation make this room comfortable anytime of the day. Thanks to its wide construction, the room has a feeling of space and organization. You enter the room by passing by a large private terrace/lounge complete with 2 sofas and hammocks. This is the perfect place to chill and read the book you've always wanted to. The Park Chalet includes a king-size bed, three single sofa beds, mosquito nets, two ventilators, fitted wardrobes, full-length mirror, solar heated shower, double sinks, safe box and minibar. An external shower connected to the bathroom is also at your disposal. Built mostly from handmade bricks covered by white cement, the roof is made of old tiles, still handmade by locals. A host of windows give you the possibility to regulate the ventilation. The decoration is light in order to respect light and clarity with only a few objects mixed with colorful touches giving the bedroom a lovely vibe. River Chalets have a great location. They're surrounded by grassy gardens. Thanks to the proximity of the "forum area", River Chalets offer direct access to entertainment such as board games, books, musical instruments and background music along with hammocks. Both rooms offer lovely garden views that will inspire you by its quietness and simplicity. The first River Chalet has one king-size bed, two single sofa beds, mosquito nets, two fitted wardrobes, two ventilators, full-length mirror, solar heated shower, safe box, minibar and a private garden space planted with cashew trees. It's semi circular bathroom offers great feeling of space. The second River Chalet has one queen-size bed, two single sofa beds, mosquito nets, a double fitted wardrobe, two ventilators, full-length mirror, solar heated shower, safe box and minibar. The highlight of this room is the private and covered lounge that is perfect for intimate moments. High ceilings contribute to the feeling of space and quietness. The chalets are built mostly from handmade bricks covered by white cement. A host of windows give you the possibility to regulate the natural ventilation. The interior is decorated with a mix of local handcrafts and objects that bring in color and create a great atmosphere to relax in or go outside on your private terrace. The chalets are 40sqm in size. Two chalets can be grouped to create a private setting. The rooms do not have air conditioning. | |

The Tree Chalet is the most exclusive room at "La Ferme". The 150sqm chalet is located on the highest point of the land and sits above the surrounding cashew trees. The construction includes a 2-story tower with viewpoint. You will discover a gorgeous 360 degree panoramic view over the ocean and the dunes of the Lençois National Park. Take your time, 2 loungers are available to make you feel comfortable. If you look closer, you will be able to check if kite sails are already up or not. It's a good way to start your day. A large planted stair will give you access to the bedrooms. The main bedroom has direct access to the bathroom with a separate toilet. Room features include mosquito nets, two ventilators, walk-in dressing area with 2 closets, full-length mirrors, solar heated shower, double sinks, safe box and minibar. The Tree Chalet offers an additional bedroom with 2 single beds and shelving. Exclusively built with wood, the Tree Chalet is definitely the most attractive room. The private terrace can host groups and can be the perfect place to host a get-together. At its extremity, a roof made of palm leaves covers an outside lounge area where reading a book with the sound of the palm leaves rustling becomes a real immersive experience. Inside, vintage pieces of furniture and a huge painting imported from England will make you feel at home. The chalet is a 100sqm, excluding the outside lounge area.
