MANGOTIN
At Mangostin the customer can discover the gastronomic secrets of Thailand, China, Korea and Japan, all of this mixed with some touches and secrets of our cuisine. A winning bet from Hotel Gran Marquise.

MUCURIPE
The Mucuripe restaurant is the flagship of the Hotel Gran Marquise, where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served. The restaurant's design and decoration value symbols and artists from Ceará.

    The specialty of the house are fish and dishes with a regional touch. Every Thursday promotes the Oyster Festival at dinner.

FEIJOADA

The Saturday Feijoada at the Hotel Gran Marquise, at Restaurante Mucuripe, was elected by Veja magazine as the best in Fortaleza - for eight consecutive years. It is a delicious 8 star feijoada.

    You have the option to choose between the various ingredients and also between the environments: it can be the indoor climate or on the balcony, outdoors, with the view, facing the Mucuripe beach. All this to the sound of a chorinho group.
