ABOUT THE SOLAR DO ROSARIO HOTEL - in their own words:
The Solar do Rosário Hotel is also part of Ouro Preto's history. Its impressive building, belonging to 19th century, holds remarkable, solid memories & beauties from a real golden age, not to mention the well-known hospitality from Minas Gerais' citizens. The hotel has been entirely restructured in order to comfortably hold 37 rooms and 9 suite rooms.
Ouro Preto's tradition, like Solar do Rosário Hotel's, is also very attractive in all its historical buildings, churches and museums of which peculiarities have been inspired by nature itself. This tradition makes this marvelous city a true Mankind's Cultural Heritage (UNESCO).ACCOMMODATIONS:

OTHER FACILITIES:
- The Crystal Scotch Bar is provided with a pleasant, relaxant atmosphere for evening happy-hours.
- A Vapor room and a swimming pool with a wonderful view.
- The Le Coq d' Or is a gastronomic point-of-reference for good-cooking lovers. Specialties menu and well-selected wines - both will give you a pleasant and delightful time. Not to forget the Minas Gerais cooking tradition - a variety of tastes that sometimes oppose, other times complement themselves, thus providing real sophisticated, international-class dishes.
