OUR OCEAN VINEYARD     A dream come true!

From the large windows of the Restaurant La Prove" we get an impressive view of the vineyards and the sparkling sea behind, full of birds. But also we can spot the curious Lesser rheas, constantly wandering around, picking on flowers and seeds. The oceanic wines are a dream come true. A project that we share with the prestigious Ver Sacrum Winery from Mendoza. It began in October 2018 when we planted 2,000 vines by the coast, being 70% of them Semillon grapes and the remaining 30% is Pinot Noir.  In sos1 we added 2000 more vines incorporating the Albarino variety and increasing the amount of Pinot Noir. In addition to wines, we produce quince cider with the fruits of a hundred-year-old quince plantation.
