Villa Beluno is a dream come true. The dream of a couple and their four children who wanted the perfect place to enjoy together. They chose Bariloche as itevoked many of their vacation memories from times they travel in the Swiss Alps.

It first started out as a small tea house managed by the mother, who is also a very talented Chef. It evolved into a 5-star hotel with a familia ambiance that is rarely found elsewhere.  It took six years, opening its doors in July 2019. Cristina is the matriarch of the family and resort, undertaking the crucial roles of Executive Chef and Designer. SHe has personally curated the menu with family recipes, while also looking after the interior design and landscaping. Cristina manages the hotel alongside her daughter Sabrina.  Villa Beluno is a feast for your senses.

Avellana offers an artisanal dining experience inspired by Italian and French cuisine. Dishes mix a contemporary style with familiar culinary customs, achieving flavors that make us remind of our childhood and which are recorded in our hearts. We use products strictly chosen and obtained from the hydroponic greenhouse. We are always in the search of getting organic, noble and tasteful products. With this productive system we take care of the environment and minimize impact in nature.
