The hotel hallmark is to maintain a contemporary design that harmoniously blends with the heritage features of the region

The Singular Patagonia seeks to highlight the history and heritage of the region. The original industrial architecture of this historical building has been preserved, adding a room module with state of the art technology and design. Blending the new and old architecture, and thinking in making your stay an experience of superior quality.

The contrast between Hotel building and the sorrounding landscape adds a special touch, with gardens overlooking the Patagonian fjords and a spectacular view to Puerto Natales and the Antonio Varas Peninsula.

The private dock was used by ships carrying meat and refrigerated by-products to Europe, has a length of 170 meters. Presently it is used by hotel vessels to perform sea tours in the Patagonian fjords.

This splendid property has saved thousand of stories, memories and secrets. During your stay, we invite you to visit the “original” Bories cold-storage plant industrial facilities, preserved in perfect conditions. There are few hotels in the world with a private collection in its premises. At The Singular Patagonia hotel, you can enjoy the experience of living in the past with all the comfort of today.

The private collection outlines the history and traditions of the area, showing the importance of the cold-storage plant in the economic development of Puerto Natales and all The Patagonia, with machinery from early twentieth century in perfect conditions.

The original construction has an architectural structure of the late nineteenth century inspired in the post-Victorian period in England. Presently, this construction shelter a dinning room, bar, expedition rooms, meeting rooms and the hotel private collection; our guests have the privilege of enjoying every single corner at any time during their visit.

PRIVATE RESERVE & EXCLUSIVE EXPERIENCES
The Singular Patagonia offers two private reserves of 15.350 hectares, dedicated to the conservation of natural species of flora and fauna at the disposal of our guests, to be visited and admire in exclusive private expeditions.

Among the options that you can enjoy, there are also exclusive trips to our private reserves: Punta Jamón and Estancia La Cumbre at Sierra Baguales Ranch. These two nice places are available only for our guests; you can visit and admire them whenever you wish.

During your visit, you can select among a broad choice of expeditions, ranging from visits to Torres del Paine National Park to exclusive trips to our private reserves. Through our choice of expeditions we would like you to feel from “inside” the experience of Deep Patagonia, mingling with the people and its customs, visiting ranches and industrial premises where the pioneers worked, sailing the fjords along which the canoeists travelled and admiring the impressive landscapes that generations enjoyed.
