Is there a gymnasium?
Yes, the Hotel has a gymnasium fully
equipped, and can be freely enjoyed by our guests.
Which are the SPA treatments?
Our treatments are based in a great
variety of sustainable ingredients such as extracts of organic plants, fruits, oils and
moisturizers; selected by the Barbara Morrow SPAS International & Fitz Roy Tourism
Management office in charge of the project development and treatments design.
Which facilities are available
for handicaps?
All the Singular hotels have facilities
for handicaps. However, in order to offer a better service we suggest pointing it out in
your reservation.
Shall I pay for the use of the
SPA facilities and/or treatments?
The SPA treatments are charged, however,
the use of pools and saunas are free.
What happens if I want to make
a special tour?
The Singular Patagonia is a luxury hotel
and our goal is to satisfy the requirements of any client, so we can organize exclusive
tours according to your needs. To design tours that are beyond our tours menu, we only
need that you advice us in time to design, organize and define the track of your own tour.
Special tours have an additional cost.
Which are the available tours?
During your visit you will have a broad
menu of tours, ranging from visits to the Torres de Paine National Park to exclusive trips
to our private reserves. The Singular Patagonia is the only hotel whose tours are focused
to the sea, so our guests will have the unique opportunity of sailing the Patagonian
fjords.

The hotel has two types of rooms:
Singular Standard Rooms and Suites. All our guest rooms look at the Patagonian fjords and
are, undoubtedly, the biggest rooms of The Patagonia.

Which is the distance from the
hotel to the Torres del Paine National Park?
The Singular Patagonia is located 143
kilometres (89 miles) for the Torres del Paine National Park. The road from the hotel to
the entrance to the National Park takes an hour and fifteen minutes
Is the place safe?
Patagonia is known as a safe destination.
Puerto Natales and its surroundings are calm places where you can wander around without
problems, at anytime and anywhere. Is a small town with almost no crime levels; whose
inhabitants are friendly and warm people.
Is the water of the region
drinking water?
Water in Puerto Bories is absolutely
drinkable, nevertheless, as in any country the water is different, we recommend to drink
bottled water
