SILVA HOTEL - in their own words:
This Hotel is located in the Sixth Region in the traditional Valley of Colchagua
specifically in Angostura (near the city of San Fernando) next to the winery, conserving
architectonic structure, style, atmosphere and decoration that date from 1920. Style
and structure that allow our clients to go back to that time, with all the comforts and
benefits that can give a modern hotel, present and agreed to our times.
Casa Silva Hotel has a structure that
consists of seven rooms all in suite, each one of which with an own style, sophisticated,
acclimated at this time.
Game room, bar, event saloon, swimming
pool, patios, terraces and many other benefits (satellite television, national and
international calls and a team of arranged professionals to give a customized attention,
the 24 hrs. of the day worried about each detail of our clients.
Casa Silva Hotel has created a different
space in which our restaurant can be emphasized which this located in the old room of
barrels but of the warehouse, where the best wines of the family aged, opened all the year
offers diverse services like lunches for executives, suppers, offering the letter created
by Soledad Correa Tagle that counts on plates and flavours with our Earth traditions of
the Chilean Huaso. The outstanding Masters Sommelier Héctor Vergara has
complemented each plate of perfect form with one of our wines, wines produced with the
passion of the Silva family that reflect the excellence of the Valley of Colchagua; wines
that reflect our destiny, sharing history and an exquisite food. Our letter counts
on entrances, soups and creams, salads, main dish, Chilean dish, meats, supports,
sandwiches, desserts, juice, drinks and a great variety of beer and liquors, all this
accompanying of course with best wines of our winery.
