Our rooms are spacious and comfortable, all of them well equipped to soothe your body after an action packed day.
The decoration is simple yet elegant, we have local crafts as part of our decoration and also as part of the spirit of our rooms. You can touch the walls and feel its warmth, or have good dreams in our incredibly comfortable beds.
All of the rooms in Alto Atacama have a private terrace were to enjoy the colors of the valley, take a nap, read a book or simply relax at the sight of our gardens. The definition of peacefulness aquires a new meaning after a couple of nights here, Catarpe embraces Alto Atacama with silence, let silence embrace you.
| QUITOR The name ‘Quitor’ derives from the Pukará de Quitor a former pre-Columbian fortress found very close to Alto Atacama. These guestrooms are the closest to the Club House. The view from the private terraces of these guestrooms is on to the garden area of the hotel, with the Cordillera de la Sal in the background. *** One of these rooms is wheelchair accessible*** |

| CATARPE The name ‘Catarpe’ derives from the valley in which Alto Atacama is found. These guestrooms are slightly larger than the ‘Quitor’ with a more private terrace. The private terraces of these guestrooms offer an uninterrupted view out onto the Cordillera de la Sal range and the Catarpe Valley. |

| TILO The word "tilo" means "lagoon" in the indigenous tongue of Atacama, and should be enough to indicate the location. That's right, they sit just above the lagoon and offer stunning views towards the mountains of the Catarpe Valley. They are 162 sq ft larger, with outdoor shower and lounge area, and wired for conencting to an LCD screen (on request). |
