	Deluxe Bungalow (5) There are 5 luxury villas of approximately 80m2 (860 sq feet) with bedroom and lounge on two levels integrated into a comfortable and charming space featuring two decks with sea views, one in the bedroom and the other in the lounge.
	Super Deluxe Bungalow (8) There are 8 super-luxury villas of approximately 95m2 (1025 sq feet) with bedroom, living room, closet and bathroom including a dry sauna, all with a unique and spacious wooden deck that not only offers a beautiful sea view but also features a comfortable Jacuzzi.
	Super Deluxe Double Bungalow (2) There are 2 villas of approximately 120m2(1300 sq feet) with two bedrooms, living room, two closets and two bathrooms, one with a dry sauna, all united by a single, spacious wooden deck that not only offers a beauti-ul sea view but also features a comfortable Jacuzzi.
	Villa  Bungalow (4) There are 4 villas approximately 1400 sq feet with living room and bedroom integrated into one space divided only by the revolving television and home theater, beside a fireplace with an opening on both sides. A double sized closet, a wardrobe for each one, as with the bathroom which features two showers, two sinks and two bidets. The special feature is the dry sauna and Jacuzzi inside a bay window with a glass roof above. Outside there is a private garden with wooden sun loungers, sun shades and private swimming pool.
	Special Villa Bungalow (1) Just 1 villa of approximately 130m2 (1400 sq feet) with lounge and bedroom integrated into one space with a large chaise lounge to one side and a comfortable bed with Egyptian 600-thread cotton sheets on the other side, divided only by the revolving television and home theater beside a .replace with openings on either side together with a correctly stocked wine cellar. A double sized closet, a wardrobe for each one, as with the bathroom which features two showers, two sinks and two bidets. The special feature is the dry sauna with sea view and Jacuzzi with 12 water outlets inside a glass-walled and glass-roofed conservatory with a sea view. The outside features a large wooden deck with a spectacular view  Outside the spacious deck houses a private pool and offers spectacular views.
	Emerald Villa Bungalow Bungalows with approximately 2460 sq ft overall, the bedroom and living area are integrated. There is a dry sauna with sea view, a Spa-bathroom area with massage tatamis and a wonderful whirlpool bathtub Heaven Spas also with a sea view. Outside, the bungalow has a private deck with comfortable Chaise Lounges and a private fan shaped plunge pool. Extra touches include 600-thread Egyptian cotton sheets and a wine cellar.
	Special Emerald Villa Bungalow Our most sophisticated bungalow, extremely private and stunning view. Approximately 3210 sq ft   overall, the bedroom and living area are integrated. There is a dry sauna with sea view, a Spa area with massage tatamis and a wonderful whirlpool bathtub Heaven Spas also with a sea view. Outside, the bungalow has a private deck with comfortable Chaise Lounges and a private lap pool. Extra touches include 600-thread Egyptian cotton sheets and a wine cellar. There is also an underground floor with a Private Fitness Center.
