ABOUT ESTANCIA ARROYO VERDE:
The Estancia Arroyo Verde is located just an hour south of Bariloche in the Traful Valley on the northern side of the Traful River on 12,500 acres inside a Natural Reserve that is part of the Nahuel Huapi National Park. While the estancia is devoted to cattle-breeding and sheep-rearing, during their summer it is well known as a fly-fishing lodge and destination.
Overlooking the valley the traditional wood and stone built houses are set in beautifully landscaped gardens with mature trees, shrubs and colorful borders. There are several outside seating areas to enjoy a drink before lunch or to watch the sunset.
In the main house, the sun-lounge, bar, living-room and dining-room with their fireplaces were designed to create a cozy and relaxed atmosphere for guests. Each of the four individually decorated twin/double bedrooms has en-suite facilities and heating. In an adjacent house another guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a separate entrance and private porch
There is a log cabin facing the lake on top of a rocky outcrop, that can sleep 2 to 4 persons and has one bathroom.
The electricity of the estancia is 220.
