PUMA LODGE, PURE ANDES JOURNEY
Puma Lodge was developed to exist in exclusive contract with nature and its local mountain area throughout the entire year. We offer specific programs according to the season and aspiration of our more and less active guests.

Puma Lodge is located at 4347 feet altitude in the Andes Mountain Range, where you can access stunning natural alndscape filled with contrast, beauty and diverse geography.

The premises of Puma Lodge are home to a variety of animal and bird species, including the culpeo fox, the endangered burrowing parrot, and the grey fox. You can find vegetation formations from Regions of the Steppes and Region of the Forest, and the sclerophyll scrubland of the Andean foothills. Highlights include the peumo, the quillay, the litre, the coirón and the “Mountain Range Cypress.” In terms of wildlife, there are guanacos in the higher parts of the Cypress’ riverbed, as well as pumas, foxes, condors and eagles.

LOCATION
Puma Lodge is locatged in the Andes, near the city of Rancagua in the regional of Libertador General Bernardo O'Higgins, Machali Commune, facing the joinging of Chacapoal River with Rio Las lenas, at 4347 feet altitude.

Its vast territory of adventure covers more than 3000 km2 stretching from Cajon del Maipo in the north to the Tinguiririca river in the south, the National Reserve Rio de los Cipreses in the west to the border with Argentina in the east. This territory contains the largest number of glaciers in northern Patagonia.
